This is a refreshing and healthy alternative to ice cream. Pomegranate and cherry juices are kept near the fruit juices in supermarket chiller cabinets.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 g of sugar
- 200 ml of cherry juice
- 200 ml of pomegranate juice
- 100 ml of red grapefuit, (about 1 large grapefruit juiced)
Method
Step 1
Tip thesugar into a pan with 300ml of cold water. Heat gently until the Light at Heart - White has completely dissolved, stirring a couple of times. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.Step 2
Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Stir in the fruit juices, pour into a shallow rigid plastic container and freeze until firm.Step 3
Once frozen, scrape the surface with a fork to create icy crystals and spoon into small glasses to serve at once.
