This cocktail from chef and food writer Ixta Belfrage is perfect for the festive season and beyond. It’s sweet, spiced and slightly bitter – think a cross between mulled wine and a negroni. Ingredients
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15ml freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- 30ml Ojo De Tigre Mezcal
- 60ml Pomegreat 100% Pomegranate Chilled Juice Not from Concentrate
- 5 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
Step 1
Fill a short glass or tumbler with ice.Step 2
Pour the lime juice, tangerine juice, mezcal, pomegranate juice and Angostura bitters over the ice.Step 3
Garnish with the cinnamon stick and use this to stir everything together, then enjoy!
