Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 50 g of hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 450 g of sausage meat
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
- 75 g of fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp of dijon mustard
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion until softened. Transfer to a mixing bowl and leave until cold.Step 2
When the onions are cold add the remaining ingredients and mix well.Step 3
With damp hands divide the mixture into 16 balls and place in a lightly oiled baking tin.Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
