A martini is traditionally served with vodka and vermouth, we’ve given it a fruity twist. This martini cocktail recipe has the sweet addition of passoa liqueur, fresh passion fruit and vanilla flavoured vodka. The name Pornstar Martini comes from the tangy, sweetness of the drink and gives off a summertime feel. Ingredients

  • 50 ml of absolut vodka
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup
  • 2 passion fruits, halved
  • 50 ml of prosecco
  • 20 ml of pineapple juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add ice to a shaker, plus the vodka, sugar syrup, fruit pulp (from 2 passion fruit halves) and pineapple juice; shake.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a martini or coupe glass, garnish with the passion fruit and serve with a shot of prosecco on the side
