this simple porridge bread recipe using Activia Natural Yogurt. Great for
breakfast and those mid-afternoon tea breaks!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 500 g of natural yogurt
- 300 g of oats
- 3 tsp of butter, melted
- 3 tbsp of seeds, sunflower, sesame or poppy
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 large of egg
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°CStep 2
Brush the inside of a 22cm X 11cm cake tin with some of the melted butterStep 3
Add 300G Oats, 2 tbsp of mixed seeds and 2tsp of baking powder into a bowl and mixStep 4
Add 4 pots of Activia Natural Yogurt, 100ml milk, 1 large egg and the remaining melted butter and fold gentlyStep 5
Spoon the mixture into your cake tin, smooth the surface and sprinkle the top with the remaining mixed seedsStep 6
Bake for 45 mins (or until a skewer pushed into the centre comes out clean) at 200°C
