Try this simple porridge bread recipe using Activia Natural Yogurt. Great for breakfast and those mid-afternoon tea breaks!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 500 g of natural yogurt
  • 300 g of oats
  • 3 tsp of butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp of seeds, sunflower, sesame or poppy
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 large of egg

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Step 2

    Brush the inside of a 22cm X 11cm cake tin with some of the melted butter
  • Step 3

    Add 300G Oats, 2 tbsp of mixed seeds and 2tsp of baking powder into a bowl and mix
  • Step 4

    Add 4 pots of Activia Natural Yogurt, 100ml milk, 1 large egg and the remaining melted butter and fold gently
  • Step 5

    Spoon the mixture into your cake tin, smooth the surface and sprinkle the top with the remaining mixed seeds
  • Step 6

    Bake for 45 mins (or until a skewer pushed into the centre comes out clean) at 200°C
