Ingredients
- 1 pack of wedges
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 pack of tomatoes
- 1 pack of haddock goujons/fish fingers
- 1 pack of pre-cooked king prawns
- 1 bottle of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 pack of ocado bake at home white baguettes
Method
Step 1
Begin by cooking the spicy garlic potato wedges according to the pack instructions.Step 2
When placing the wedges back into the oven with the added butter pellet, put the baguettes and haddock goujons in the oven to cook alongside the wedges. The haddock goujons will need longer to cook if cooking from frozen, please consult the pack instructions and adjust your times accordingly.Step 3
Whilst they’re in the oven prepare your lettuce and slice your tomatoes. Once all of the ingredients are prepared, build your baguettes by layering lettuce, tomatoes, haddock goujons and king prawns. Finish with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Serve your wedges in a sharing bowl and enjoy!
