Ingredients
- 100 g of potato peelings
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsps of fine salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/1800°C fan/gas 6. In a bowl, mix together the peelings, oil and salt until everything is well coated. Feel free to add more flavourings, such as smoked paprika, garlic powder or ras el hanout, perhaps.Step 2
Spread out in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 mins or until crisp and golden, turning once half way through. Allow to cool before serving.
