
Prawn Cocktail with Gran Luchito Chipotle Mayo

Prawn cocktail is a great British classic, we decided to give it a Mexican twist. We use our version on chipotle mayo, to give this classic dish a unique smoky chili flavor.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 tsp of lemon juice, for the sauce
- 0.5 tbsp of tomato ketchup, for the sauce
- 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
- 150 g of cooked prawns
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 0.25 cucumber
- 0.5 avocado
- 1 sprinkle of cayenne pepper, optional
- 4 tbsp of gran luchito chipotle mayo, for the sauce
Method
Step 1
Whisk the Chipotle mayo with the other sauce ingredients.Step 2
Peel the prawns (if not already done) and mix into the sauce.Step 3
De-seed and de-skin the cucumber and dice finely; do the same with the avocado. Mix with a little lemon juice, salt & pepper.Step 4
Shred the lettuce and mix with the avocado/cucumber.Step 5
Use salad as a bed for the prawn mixture. Top with a sprinkle of cayenne (if you think it needs it).
