There’s nothing like a hearty bowl of pasta for dinner – and it doesn’t get much better than La Famiglia Rana Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella Fresh Tortelloni when it comes to a quick, delicious pasta dinner. Paired with crispy pancetta lardons and tender broccoli, this is a quick and satisfying weeknight supper that every pasta lover will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, separated into florets, a few leaves reserved
  • 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 100 g of pancetta lardons
  • 1 250g pack la famiglia rana prosciutto cotto & mozzarella fresh tortelloni

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/ gas 7. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
  • Step 2

    Arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking tray along with a few of the larger broccoli leaves, drizzle over half of the olive oil and season with salt and coarse ground black pepper. Transfer to the oven and roast for 10-15 mins
  • Step 3

    In a frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the bacon lardons until crisp, then set aside.
  • Step 4

    Cook the tortelloni in the boiling water according to the packet instructions, then drain it and add it to the pan with the bacon.
  • Step 5

    Add the broccoli and its leaves to the pan and toss everything together gently to combine. Season to taste and serve immediately.
