Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, separated into florets, a few leaves reserved
- 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
- 100 g of pancetta lardons
- 1 250g pack la famiglia rana prosciutto cotto & mozzarella fresh tortelloni
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/ gas 7. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.Step 2
Arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer on a baking tray along with a few of the larger broccoli leaves, drizzle over half of the olive oil and season with salt and coarse ground black pepper. Transfer to the oven and roast for 10-15 minsStep 3
In a frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the bacon lardons until crisp, then set aside.Step 4
Cook the tortelloni in the boiling water according to the packet instructions, then drain it and add it to the pan with the bacon.Step 5
Add the broccoli and its leaves to the pan and toss everything together gently to combine. Season to taste and serve immediately.
