Ingredients
- 500 g of pulled pork
- 4 squeeze of limes
- 500 g of sweet potato fries
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 handfuls of rocket salad
- 4 tbsp of bbq sauce
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Decant the pork into a small ovenproof dish, cover with foil, put on the lower shelf and reheat for 30 mins.Step 2
Spread the fries out on an oven tray and put on the top shelf of the oven for 18-22 mins, turning halfway through, until golden.Step 3
Slice and lightly toast the buns. Remove the pork from the oven, pull it apart with a fork and mix in the sachet of BBQ sauce. Divide the pork into the buns with a handful of rocket and a squeeze of lime in each and serve the fries on the side.
