
Pumpkin Pizzas

These super cute pumpkin pizzas are the perfect addition to your spooky party. We’ve filled these with cheese and tomato, but add an olive or a ½ tsp sweetcorn to mix it up. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain flour, for dusting
- 400g pack M&S sourdough pizza dough
- 8 tbsp pizza sauce
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 15g basil, leaves picked
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 220C/ 200C fan/ gas 7. Lightly dust the surface with a little flour then roll out the dough to a large circle, about 5mm thick.Step 2
Stamp out as many 9cm circles as possible, re-roll and stamp out until all the dough is used.Step 3
Put ½ tsp pizza sauce in the centre of each circle then top with 1 tsp grated mozzarella. Pinch up the sides to make a little money-bag and gently roll between your palms to make into a ball.Step 4
Put 3 pieces of string on the surface, crossing over in the centre. Place the money-bag in the centre, smooth side-up, where the string crosses. Bring up the end of each piece of string and tie up, trimming any excess string.Step 5
Place the pumpkins on a lined baking sheet and cook for 10-12 mins until golden, you may need to do this in batches. Remove and allow to cool slightly then carefully cut the string and peel off to reveal a pumpkin shape.Step 6
Once cooled a little, top with a sprig of basil to serve.
