
Red Curry Air Fryer Dumplings

By using the air fryer, you get perfectly tender dumplings and crisp-tender vegetables in a fraction of the time, all simmered in a creamy, fragrant red curry sauce. Ingredients
- 1 pot Ice Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste
- 400ml coconut milk, tinned
- 2 pak choi, chopped
- 6 Tenderstem broccoli, sliced
- 14 dumplings of your choice
- 1 sprinkle black sesame seeds, to serve (optional)
- chilli oil, to serve (optional)
- 1 red chilli, sliced, to serve (optional)
- 2 salad onions, sliced, to serve (optional)
- 1 handful coriander, to serve (optional)
Method
Step 1
Empty the frozen curry paste into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to defrost.Step 2
In a large silicon air fryer liner, add the coconut milk and stir in the curry paste until combined.Step 3
Add the pak choi and Tenderstem broccoli, stir through, then nestle in the dumplings.Step 4
Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 12 mins until the dumplings are cooked through and the vegetables are tender. If you don't have an airfryer, bake for 20-25 minutes.Step 5
Transfer to individual bowls and garnish with black sesame seeds, chilli oil, red chilli, salad onions and coriander, if you like.
