Ingredients

  • 1 packet of sugar paste
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate
  • 1 small of bag of pretzels
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 packet of chocolate ball cake sprinkles

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a small pan of water to the boil. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Step 2

    Place a glass Pyrex bowl over the pan of boiling water. Break chunks of chocolate into the bowl and stir continuously until the chocolate has just melted.
  • Step 3

    Pop a marshmallow on the end of the stick, and dip in the melted chocolate, covering completely. Be fast, the chocolate sets quickly. Place on the baking tray to set. Repeat the process for each marshmallow, until you run out of dipping chocolate.
  • Step 4

    Once the chocolate has set, it’s time to make the reindeer faces. First, the antlers: snap the pretzels in half and stick on either side of the marshmallow.
  • Step 5

    Next, stick a pomegranate seed on each reindeer for the nose, and white chocolate balls for the eyes. Add black sugar paste for the pupils if you’re feeling adventurous.
