A Moscow mule is usually served with vodka, spicy ginger beer, zesty lime and often in metal or copper mugs. We’ve given this mule a refreshing twist with the addition of tart rhubarb and citrusy gin, a great partnership with the ginger ale and lime juice, then served over plenty of ice.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of rhubarb gin
  • 20 ml of lime juice
  • 10 ml of sugar syrup
  • 1 slice of lime, to garnish
  • 20 ml of ginger ale

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup over plenty of ice in a highball glass.

  • Step 2

    Top with ginger ale, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime.
