Ingredients

  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 ml of warner’s rhubarb gin
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 lemon twist, for optional garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients together.

  • Step 2

    Shake again with ice and pour into a coupette
