
Rice Krispies Easter Egg Dippers

Decorate these easy cereal 'eggs' with sprinkles after you have dipped them in chocolate!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 45 g of margarine
- 300 g of marshmallows
- 150 g of kellogg's rice krispies
- 170 g of chocolate buttons
- 1 handful of sprinkles, to decorate
Method
Step 1
In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heatStep 2
Add the Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal and stir well until coated. Using a large, lightly greased spoon, divide the warm cereal mixture into portions. Using buttered hands shape each portion 2 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch egg shapes. Cool.Step 3
Heat the chocolat over a low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Dip the bottoms of the cereal eggs into chocolate. Decorate with sprinkles. Place on a wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
