A quick and delicious way to prepare these wonderful greens. The combination of garlic, lemon and chilli with salty parmesan brings them to life, making for a perfect side dish.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 200g kalettes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed or grated
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 lemon, finely zested
- 25g parmesan, finely grated
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. In a large bowl, toss the kalettes with the olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, lemon zest and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.Step 2
Spread the kalettes out in a single layer on a baking tray and roast for 15-20 mins, or until tender and the parmesan is golden. Serve immediately.
