
Rosemary and Pink Grapefruit G&T

An ice-cold gin and tonic is a winner all year round. Super refreshing in the summer when served with citrussy garnishes, it can be given a spiced or herbal twist to make it a great sip in the winter, too. This recipe, created with No.3 Gin, uses rosemary and grapefruit as garnishes for an aromatic, zesty effect. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 50 ml of no.3 london dry gin
- 1 can or bottle of tonic water, to taste
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 slices of grapefruit
- 1 small handful of ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Build the gin and tonic over ice in highball glass and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and a slice of pink grapefruit.
