Ingredients
- 5 sprigs of rosemary, (4 roughly copped, plus 1 whole to garnish)
- 60g sugar
- 60ml gin
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 1 bottle of soda water, to top
Method
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice and your rosemary syrup. Stir to combine. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
