Ingredients
- 300 g of cranberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 bottle of elderflower presse
- 8 rosemary sprigs
- 4 marshmallows
- 8 cloves
Method
Step 1
Heat the cranberries, 100ml water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.Step 2
Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.Step 3
Prepare the Rudolph heads using the marshmallows. Insert two cloves as eyes, two rosemary sprigs as antlers, and use half a cocktail stick to fix a cranberry nose.Step 4
Add two tablespoons of syrup, extra crushed rosemary and ice in each glass. Top up with sparkling elderflower presse.Step 5
Place Rudolph in glass to decorate.
