A healthy fish supper that's ready in just 20 minutes. Use a few simple shortcut ingredients alongside quick-to-cook salmon for an easy midweek meal. Cooked grains are a great food cupboard staple to have on hand for adding instant fibre and texture.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 packet of ready-to-eat grains(we used Merchant Gourmet Glorious Grains with Red Rice & Quinoa)
- 1 packet of watercress sauce(we used Schwartz Creamy Watercress Sauce)
- 60 g of baby leaf salad
Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium. Grill the salmon fillets for 10-12 mins, turning once.Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the mixed grains in the microwave according to packet instructions. Heat the watercress sauce according to packet instructions.Step 3
Divide the salad leaves between two plates with the grains and salmon. Pour the watercress sauce over the salmon, season and serve.
