
Salted Caramel Fudge

Ingredients
- 70 g of coconut oil, melted, 40g for the fudge; 30g for the chocolate sauce
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder, for the chocolate sauce
- 240 g of nut butter
- 6 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of himalayan salt, 1/2tsp for the fudge, 1/2tsp for the chocolate sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey, for the chocolate sauce
Method
Step 1
Line a 20cm square baking tray with baking parchment.Step 2
Blend the nut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and salt in a food processor. Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray and place in the freezer for 1hr.Step 3
Put all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce into a mixing bowl, mix together well then set aside until your fudge has hardened. If your sauce is too runny, you can leave it in the fridge for a few mins to harden slightly.Step 4
Cut the frozen fudge into small squares, then drizzle over the chocolate sauce. Keep in the fridge - if there's any left!
