
Salted dark chocolate and Parmesan black pepper popcorn

Ingredients
- 80 g of popcorn
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 50 g of dark chocolate, melted
- 1 pinch of fine sea salt
- 0.5 tsp of black pepper, freshly ground
- 25 g of parmesan, grated
Method
Step 1
Melt 1tbsp butter in a large pan (with a tight-fitting lid) over a medium heat.Step 2
Add 80g popcorn kernels to the pan and cover. Cook, shaking the pan occasionally, until all the corn has popped.Step 3
Take off heat and split into two bowls.Step 4
For the salted dark chocolate, stir 50g melted dark chocolate into one bowl of popcorn, adding a touch of fine sea salt to finish.Step 5
For the parmesan and black pepper, fold in ½tsp freshly ground black pepper and 25g grated Parmesan.
