Sardine Rillettes

Sardine Rillettes

By OcadoLife
Published on 17 June 2024
Classic French rillettes can be made from meat or fish. This super-quick version uses a handy tin of sardines, mixed with soft cheese to create a creamy concoction that can be whipped up at a moment’s notice. Lemon zest and chives give a zippy lift. The Sardine Rillettes are the brainchild of Bake Off star, cook and author Manon Lagrève, who suggests serving them either as a starter or as a nibble with an aperitif – you’ll have leftovers, so why not try both?
