Ingredients
- 75g caster sugar
- 150ml gin
- 50ml brandy
- 300ml satsuma juice (from approx. 6 satsumas), plus 6 satsuma segments, to serve
- 750ml champagne, chilled
Method
Step 1
In a small pan, bring the sugar and 75ml water to a boil. Simmer for 2 mins, then leave to cool; chill for 30 mins.Step 2
Stir the gin, brandy, satsuma juice and chilled sugar syrup together in a jug with ice. Top with champagne, pour into 6 glasses and decorate with satsuma segments to serve.
