
Sausage and Bean Bake

We love a sausage bake and this one doesn’t disappoint. Made in one-pan and ready in just 30 minutes and using only a few ingredients we know this will become a family favourite. We’ve used a BBQ seasoning for a Tex-Mex inspired dish, perfect for a midweek meal, batch cooking for lunches or filling the freezer. Once you’ve tried this use it as a base and switch in your favourite spice blends.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 x 375g pack M&S Only 6 Ingredients 12 Heritage Gold Pork Chipolatas
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 x 400g tins M&S Only 7 Ingredients Baked Beans
- 1 large handful chopped kale
- 2 tbsp M&S Smokehouse BBQ Seasoning
- 195g tin sweetcorn, drained
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.Step 2
Tip the sausages into a baking dish, about 20cm x 30cm. Drizzle with oil then cook for 20 mins until beginning to colour, turning halfway through.Step 3
Remove from the oven then pour over the baked beans, add the kale then sprinkle with seasoning and stir well. Return to the oven for 5-6 mins, until the sausages are cooked through and the beans are bubbling.Step 4
Remove from the oven and serve sprinkle with corn, if you like.
