- 1 (353g) pack M&S Cook Menu Pork Schnitzel with Lemon & Garlic Butter
- 2 tsp baby capers
- 4 large eggs
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 2 squeezes garlic mayo
Method
Step 1
Cook the schnitzels to pack instructions, adding a spoonful of capers to the butter.Step 2
Meanwhile, fry 4 eggs to your liking.Step 3
To serve, pop a schnitzel onto each plate and arrange an egg on top; spoon over the caper butter and top with a couple of anchovies. Add a squeeze or dollop of garlic mayo, then tuck in.
