Liven up your midweek meals with this fish supper using Meridian Almond Butter. A quick and easy recipe which is also a great source of omega 3.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of meridian almond butter, smooth or crunchy
- 4 fillets of sea bream, skinless & boneless
- 1 chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 limes, zest & juice of 1 lime and extra to serve
- 1 small bunch of fresh coriander, to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/ 160C fan/ Gas 4. Lightly oil a baking sheet or oven dish and lay the fish on and season lightly.Step 2
Beat together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with 2tbsp of hot water. Spread onto each fish fillet.Step 3
Bake for 15-20 mins until the fish is cooked through. Serve with an extra squeeze of lime and coriander leaves.
