A refreshing, non-alcoholic apple cocktail that pays homage to the English countryside. Featuring unfiltered apple juice and Seedlip Garden, which has a floral blend of peas and hay, it’s a delicious drink that looks pretty, too. Ingredients
- 60 ml of seedlip garden 108
- 30 ml of unfiltered apple juice
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- 15 ml of maple syrup
- 90 ml of soda water
- 1 apple
- 1 cocktail stick
Method
Step 1
To make the apple fan garnish, slice half-moons of apple and join them together with a cocktail stick.Step 2
Add all the ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice.Step 3
Shake and strain into a chilled highball glassStep 4
Add fresh ice and top up with soda water.Step 5
Garnish with the apple fan.
