
Sesame and fennel ladoo

Ingredients
- 100 g of sesame seeds
- 0.5 tsp of fennel seeds
- 30 g of pistachios, crushed
- 1.5 tbsp of condensed milk
Method
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds for 8 mins in a dry pan, until golden.Step 2
While still hot, blend half the sesame seeds and all the fennel seeds into a coarse powder. Mix in a bowl with the whole sesame seeds and half the pistachios. Stir in the condensed milk – the mixture should become moldable. Add a drop more if too dry.Step 3
Moisten hands and heaped tsps of the mixture and roll into balls. To decorate, put the leftover pistachios on a plate, then roll the ladoo in the nuts (optional).
