Ingredients
- 300 ml of cloudy lemonade
- 1 orange, thickly sliced, plus extra slices to garnish
- 1 lemon, thickly sliced, plus extra slices to garnish
- 325 ml of croft particular sherry, (or other medium-dry sherry)
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl or jug, gently crush – or ‘muddle’ – the fruit slices using the end of a rolling pin, or similar.Step 2
Add the sherry and top up with cloudy lemonade, to taste.Step 3
To serve, ladle into glasses with plenty of ice, and garnish with slices of lemon and orange, as you like.
