Ingredients

  • 45 ml of patrón silver
  • 30 ml of st-germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 lemon, juiced to make 15ml
  • 15 ml of simple syrup
  • 60 ml of sparkling wine

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the Patrón Silver, St-Germain, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker.

  • Step 2

    Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute.

  • Step 3

    Top off the cocktail with some sparkling wine.
