Ingredients
- 45 ml of patrón silver
- 30 ml of st-germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 lemon, juiced to make 15ml
- 15 ml of simple syrup
- 60 ml of sparkling wine
Method
Step 1
Combine the Patrón Silver, St-Germain, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker.Step 2
Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute.Step 3
Top off the cocktail with some sparkling wine.
