As much as we love a good cuppa, we are more than aware that sometimes you just need something that little bit stronger! One of our favourite summer tipples has to be the Teapigs cocktail, and in particular, the Sipsmith Sundowner - conjured up by the lovely guys at Sipsmith, using – yep, you’ve guessed it – our very own super fruit tea temple!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 40 ml of sipsmith london dry gin
- 2 wedges of lemon
- 2 wedges of orange
- 1 wedge of grapefruit
- 500 g of sugar
- 3 super fruit tea temples
Method
Step 1
First, make your super fruit syrup. Combine 500ml water and 500g sugar in a saucepan. Simmer and stir just until sugar is dissolved. Add 3-4 tea temples and rest until room temperature (about 30 minutes). Remove tea temples. Bottle and refrigerate for use.Step 2
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and squeeze orange, lemon and grapefruit wedges in to the shaker.Step 3
Add gin and the superfruit tea syrup you made earlier.Step 4
Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
