
Sloe Gin and Tonic Lollies

Frozen cocktails are a fun (and easy) way to top off a summer dinner party. The sloe gin adds a deliciously boozy kick along with a touch of sweetness. Give this a late-summer fruity edge by adding some fresh blackberries. Just reduce the sloe gin to 50ml and the tonic water to 400ml, and gently push 2 or 3 fresh blackberries into each lolly mould after filling. Add the lolly sticks and freeze as normal.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 75 ml of sloe gin
- 500 ml of tonic water
Method
Step 1
Put the sloe gin in a jug and stir in the tonic water. Let the bubbles die down, then pour the mixture into 6 x 100ml lolly moulds.Step 2
Add the lolly sticks and freeze for 4 hrs, or until firm.
