Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough
- 15g spreadable butter
- 50g smoke-flavoured cheddar, grated
- 40g raw kimchee
Method
Step 1
Spread the slices of sourdough with the butter. Put a non-stick pan over a medium-low heat.Step 2
Lay one slice of bread butter-side down and scatter over half the grated cheddar. Top with the kimchee, followed by the remaining cheddar and the other slice of bread, butter-side up.Step 3
Cook the sandwich gently in the pan for 3-5 mins each side, until golden and crispy – you want a nice crust while the cheese melts inside. Remove, slice in half and tuck in!
