Ingredients

  • 1 slice of rye bread
  • 150 g of skyr yoghurt
  • 100 g of smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 squeeze of lemon, juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread 150g skyr yogurt on a slice of rye bread (we used The Village Bakery Organic Rossisky Rye).
  • Step 2

    Top with 100g smoked salmon and sprinkle with 1tbsp chopped dill.
  • Step 3

    Season with pepper and a squeeze of lemon and serve.
