Ingredients
- 1 slice of rye bread
- 150 g of skyr yoghurt
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 squeeze of lemon, juice
Method
Step 1
Spread 150g skyr yogurt on a slice of rye bread (we used The Village Bakery Organic Rossisky Rye).Step 2
Top with 100g smoked salmon and sprinkle with 1tbsp chopped dill.Step 3
Season with pepper and a squeeze of lemon and serve.
