Delicious smoked salmon pasta served with creamy Hellmann's mayonnaise and caper sauce.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of pasta, such as spaghetti or linguine
  • 7 tbsp of hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 15 g of capers
  • 10 g of parmesan
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 100 g of low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of dill, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and the chopped dill.
  • Step 2

    Slice the smoked salmon and add to the sauce.
  • Step 3

    Cook the pasta, drain, add the sauce and stir well.
  • Step 4

    Add a pinch of pepper and the Parmesan on top, and serve with green salad and sliced tomatoes. To increase your fibre intake use wholegrain pasta.
