Ingredients
- 300 g of pasta, such as spaghetti or linguine
- 7 tbsp of hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 15 g of capers
- 10 g of parmesan
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 100 g of low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp of dill, chopped
Method
Step 1
Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and the chopped dill.Step 2
Slice the smoked salmon and add to the sauce.Step 3
Cook the pasta, drain, add the sauce and stir well.Step 4
Add a pinch of pepper and the Parmesan on top, and serve with green salad and sliced tomatoes. To increase your fibre intake use wholegrain pasta.
