This super-easy recipe for a Soft Cherry Cola Float was created by Terri Mercieca, chef and founder of artisan ice-cream parlour Happy Endings, using just three ingredients, including cherry cola for a delicious fruity spin. Ingredients
- 2 small scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 (275ml) bottle cherry cola
- 2 maraschino cherries (optional)
Method
Step 1
Chill 2 small glasses in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.Step 2
Add a small scoop of ice cream to each glass, divide the cola between them and pop on a cherry, if liked.
