Ingredients

  • 350 g of self raising flour
  • 85 g of dried sour cherries or berries, or dried cherries
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 85 g of light brown soft sugar
  • 85 g of stork
  • 85 g of raisins
  • 150 ml of natural yogurt
  • 150 ml of semi skimmed milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.
  • Step 2

    Sieve the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and lightly mix.
  • Step 3

    Spoon the mixture into 12 greased muffin tins or paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
