Ingredients
- 350 g of self raising flour
- 85 g of dried sour cherries or berries, or dried cherries
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2 medium eggs
- 85 g of light brown soft sugar
- 85 g of stork
- 85 g of raisins
- 150 ml of natural yogurt
- 150 ml of semi skimmed milk
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.Step 2
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and lightly mix.Step 3
Spoon the mixture into 12 greased muffin tins or paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
