
Spaghetti with meatballs and asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 jar of seeds of change® mediterranean vegetable sauce
- 1 bunch of asparagus, chopped into 4cm batons
- 25 g of butter
- 2 tbsp of sage, chopped
- 2 tsp of parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 600 g of meatballs
Method
Step 1
Add the meatballs to a hot medium sized frying pan with the vegetable oil.Step 2
Add the chopped garlic and sage followed by the asparagus and stir for 5 minutes.Step 3
Next add a little bit of butter and add the Seeds of Change Mediterranean Vegetable sauce.Step 4
Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.Step 5
Meanwhile, cook the Seeds of Change Spaghetti in boiling water until al dente, drain and mix with the sauce.Step 6
Plate and serve with grated parmesan.
