Ingredients

  • 50 ml of seedlip spice 94
  • 25 ml of blackcurrant cordial
  • 25 ml of cawston fizzy apple
  • 1 lemon zest

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill a highball glass full of ice

  • Step 2

    Mix the Seedlip Spice 94 and the blackcurrant cordial and top with cawston fizzy apple

  • Step 3

    Finally, garnish with large lemon zest
