Ingredients
- 300g mixed nuts (such as peanuts, cashews and almonds)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tbsp flavourless oil
- 90g runny honey
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 big pinch sea salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the nuts, sesame seeds, oil, runny honey, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and sea salt, until the nuts are well coated.Step 3
Spread out on the tray and bake for 15-20 mins, stirring halfway. Leave to cool completely. Once firm, break into chunks.
