Ingredients
- 4 corn-on-the-cob
- 2.5 cm piece ginger, finely grated
- ½ red chilli, finely grated
- 1 heaped tbsp seeded peanut butter
- ½ lime, zested and juiced
Method
Step 1
Cook the corn-on-the-cob as per pack instructions.Step 2
Meanwhile, add the ginger and chilli to a bowl. Stir in the peanut butter and lime zest and juice, then add a splash of boiling water and stir until creamy.Step 3
Slather over the corn-on-the-cob and serve.
