Spicy Chicken Steak Sandwich

We’ve topped the crispy chicken with our fave M&S deli pot - Calabrian Chilli Marinated Italian Mozzarella, perfect for a kick of spice and oozy creaminess. Top with a handful of peppery rocket for freshness.

Ingredients

  • 2 M&S Chicken Breast Steaks
  • 2 mini ciabatta
  • 160g pot M&S Calabrian Chilli Marinated Italian Mozzarella
  • 2 large handfuls rocket

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven and cook the chicken and ciabatta to packet instructions.

  • Step 2

    Cut the ciabatta in half then spoon a little over the oil from the mozzarella pot over the cut sides.

  • Step 3

    Top the bottom halves of the ciabatta with chicken then divide the contents of the mozzarella pot between the two.

  • Step 4

    Heat a grill to medium-high and grill the chicken until the cheese is melting and bubbling.

  • Step 5

    Transfer to a board then top with rocket and sandwich on the ciabatta lids. Press down then slice in half to serve.
