
Spicy Sautéed Edamame

Make your own delicious edamame snack pot – this budget-friendly recipe uses frozen beans to cut the cost, and is super quick to cook from scratch. Simply seasoned with chilli flakes, garlic, sea salt and lime, try these in your lunchbox or as a healthy afternoon pick-me-up.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 0.5 tsp of chilli flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 squeeze of lime(optional)
- 250 g of frozen edamame, thawed and patted dry
Method
Step 1
Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat. Pour in the olive oil and, once hot, add the edamame, chilli flakes and garlic.Step 2
Sauté, tossing often, until the edamame start to catch a little and the garlic is golden, about 5 mins.Step 3
Sprinkle over some flaky sea salt and serve with a squeeze of lime.
