Ingredients
- 320g M&S Young Spinach
- 125g cream cheese
- 1 unwaxed lemon, zested
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
Method
Step 1
In a frying pan, wilt the spinach with a splash of water over a medium-high heat for 2-3 mins. Tip into a sieve over the sink to cool, then squeeze out all the water and finely chop.Step 2
Add to a bowl with the cream cheese, lemon zest, garlic and a good pinch of salt; mix well. The dip will keep overnight in the fridge.
