Spinach Dal

Spinach Dal

By OcadoLife
Published on 28 August 2026
This hacky Spinach Dal from OcadoLife food editor Lauren Hoffman would make a great side for an Indian feast, or serve it with naan bread and pickles for a simple supper. Using shop-bought pastes along with frozen spinach and dried lentils means there’s no prep, making it super speedy. You could use your favourite curry paste – balti, tikka masala or korma would all work well.
